Definitions
Scope and purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to provide sufficient requirements for any project involving planning, establishing or modifying infrastructure with ERTMS, so that all ERTMS in JBVs infrastructure is standardized according to international standards and to national standards (this document).
The scope of this chapter is to provide engineering rules for relevant systems and subsystems in connection with planning, establishing or modifying ERTMS.
